Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Special Education Teacher is needed to support an elementary school setting with specialized service delivery focused on case management. This contract position offers a mitment through the current school year, providing an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students educational experiences.
Location: Concord, NH
Duration: ASAP start through June 12, 2026
Schedule: 35 hours per week
Caseload: 11 students
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction and case management services tailored to the unique learning needs of the assigned caseload.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) effectively.
- Monitor student progress and adjust service delivery as necessary to optimize learning outes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines.
- Facilitate munication among all stakeholders to support student success.
- No evaluation responsibilities required for this role.
Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification appropriate for elementary-level education.
- Experience working with elementary-aged students requiring special education services.
- Strong organizational and case management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and munication abilities to collaborate effectively with families and school personnel.
- Ability to work independently and manage a moderate caseload efficiently.
