Job Description
We are seeking dependable construction laborers and carpenters to join our crew. This position involves hands-on work across all phases of construction, including framing, exterior work, interior work, and general job site tasks. Experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate with strong attitude and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with framing, sheathing and general carpentry.
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely.
- Follow project plans, instructions, and safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with crew members and subcontractors.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
- Perform general labor tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Construction experience preferred (laborer or carpenter)
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
