What You’ll Do:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, or investing in real estate
- Use our training and systems to build a predictable business
- Stay informed about your local market and industry best practices

Who You Are:
- A licensed real estate agent (or currently enrolled in real estate school)
- Driven, coachable, and eager to learn

Compensation:
$108,300 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with leads to increase sales
- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs, and close the deal
- “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently, combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- MS Office/Google familiarity
- Real estate agent license or the motivation to get one
