We are currently seeking a Lead Property Maintenance Technician to join our team!
MUST be OK with roof heights and extension ladders.
*******MUST HAVE A VEHICLE CAPABLE OF CARRYING SHEETROCK AND CABINETS*******
Responsibilities: Maintains property upkeep by performing and completing work orders, providing general upkeep to building exterior, and working with property manager to maintain the property. Ability to lead a crew.
Responsibilities included but are not limited to the following:
- Basic Roof Repairs
- Basic Siding Repairs
- Deck Repairs
- Windows
- Doors
- Concrete work
- Flooring
- Basic Electric (light switches, plugs, lighting installation)
- Basic Plumbing (faucets, toilets)
- Painting and sheet-rock repairs as needed
- Basic Carpentry including miter-cuts, cabinet replacement,
- Routine building preventive maintenance to include gutters, siding and roofing
- Code Inspections (Elevators, Fire Extinguishers, etc.)
- Common area cleaning
- Meetings and functions setup and break down
- Pool maintenance and testing
- Pool area table and umbrella set up or breakdown with proper storage
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
