Project Manager – Structural Steel

An established and growing construction firm is seeking a Project Manager with structural steel experience to lead the successful delivery of complex projects in a collaborative, high-performance environment. This is a full-time, salaried opportunity based in the Hampton, NH area.

What You'll Do

• Oversee structural steel projects from preconstruction through completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality
• Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and execution
• Lead and mentor project teams while ensuring alignment with company standards
• Monitor costs, budgets, and job financials
• Review shop drawings and assist with steel erection engineering
• Maintain safety compliance and risk management protocols
• Generate documentation and reports as needed

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of project management or engineering experience within the construction industry
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience reviewing construction drawings and blueprints
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail, organizational strength, and accountability
