Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Special Education Case Manager position is available in Kingston, NH, serving students from K through 9th grade within a K-12 school environment. This contract role offers the opportunity to work onsite, managing a caseload of approximately 12-14 students, primarily supporting small group instruction in reading, writing, and math.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate special education services for assigned students
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families to support student progress
- Provide targeted small group instruction to enhance literacy and math skills
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and compliance with legal requirements
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive educational environment
Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification
- Experience serving K-9 students with diverse learning needs
- Strong case management skills and ability to handle a moderate caseload effectively
- Proficiency in developing and monitoring IEPs
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to working onsite full-time, 35 hours per week
