Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

• Use assessment and progress monitoring tools to track student development and adjust instructional methods accordingly.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student growth, independence, and social skills.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and partner on educational strategies.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training to stay current on best practices in special education.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Certification or licensure in special education required.
• Experience working with students with varying disabilities and learning challenges preferred.
• Strong knowledge of special education laws, policies, and instructional techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with students, families, and staff.
• Flexibility to travel between school locations and adapt to diverse classroom environments.
