Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position is for a Special Education Teacher supporting K-12 students in a middle and high school setting in Derry, NH. The role involves providing specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities, ensuring an inclusive learning environment that meets their individual needs.

Location:

• Onsite position in Derry, NH
• K-12 school environment
• Middle and high school grade levels

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized special education services to eligible students
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
• Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages student growth
• Collaborate with general education teachers and school staff to support student success

Qualifications:

• Active New Hampshire Special Education teaching license required (please include a copy of your license and endorsements)
• Experience working with middle and high school students preferred
• Strong knowledge of special education laws, practices, and instructional strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Contract Details:

• Contract position for the current school year (CSY)
• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
• Onsite only; no virtual or hybrid options available
