Shop Fabricator (Stone Fabrication)
Location: Bow, NH | Work Type: In-Person | Schedule: Mon–Fri, 6:00 am–2:30 pm | Pay: $18–$23 per hour

Are you reliable, hands-on, and comfortable around tools and machinery? This entry-level Shop Fabricator role is a great path into the stone industry. You will work in the fabrication shop on polishing and edging, learn proper handling, and grow into higher-skill tasks over time. If you like physical work and building quality with your hands, this could be a strong fit.
Why this opportunity
- $18–$23 per hour depending on experience
- Steady weekday hours, Mon–Fri 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with frequent overtime past 2:30
- Minimum 40 hours per week, up to 55 hours per week during busy periods
- Tools provided, training provided, clear path to advanced fabrication skills
- Forklift experience is a plus, not required

What you will be doing
- Polish and edge stone tops using hand, power, and pneumatic tools
- Assist with basic cutting tasks and shop preparation work
- Handle and stage materials with safe team lifts and proper PPE
- Read tape measurements and follow job travelers and instructions
- Protect finished surfaces, maintain a clean wet-work area, and support quality checks
What you bring
- No stone experience required
- Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and a tape measure
- Any construction or general manufacturing background is helpful
- Physically capable of frequent lifting with a team, standing, and kneeling in a shop environment
- Safety-minded, dependable, and ready to learn
- Forklift skill is a plus. We can train
Growth path
You will learn correct polishing sequences, edge profiles, seam prep, and shop best practices. As you grow, you can progress into higher-skill fabrication tasks and cross-train on equipment.
