About the Role
As a Designer, you’ll play a key role in designing impactful websites, marketing materials & digital campaigns. You’ll work closely with our team and clients, turning ideas into visually stunning and effective designs that align with brand standards and campaign goals.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop websites, marketing materials, digital campaigns, logos, and multimedia videos.
- Collaborate with marketing teams and management to ensure alignment with project goals and client objectives.
- Present mockups and integrate feedback to create final designs.
- Ensure all designs meet clients’ brand standards and are consistent across platforms.
- Revise and refine designs as needed, including reviewing the work of other designers.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate frequently with clients and internal teams to provide updates on project progress.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design innovations to keep client campaigns cutting-edge.
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in graphic design & web design software.
- A creative and self-motivated team player with a strong portfolio showcasing your work across multiple media.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects without compromising quality.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and integrate feedback effectively.
- Familiarity with marketing campaigns and brand strategy, especially in the retail sector, is a plus.
