About the Role
Nova Roofing & Siding is growing fast, and we’re looking for a high-level Production Manager to oversee the successful execution of all roofing and siding projects. This person will be the heartbeat of our production department—coordinating crews, managing materials, ensuring job sites meet our safety and quality standards, and guaranteeing that every project delivers an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight & Execution

Oversee daily operations for all roofing and siding jobs.

Ensure all projects are completed on schedule and to Nova’s quality standards.

Conduct pre-job walkthroughs to confirm job scope, tools, and material needs.

Perform job site inspections throughout installation and at completion.
Material & Dumpster Coordination

Confirm material orders, delivery dates, and staging locations.

Ensure dump trailers or dumpsters are ordered, placed, and swapped out on time.

Return unused materials to vendors or assign them for future use.
Crew Management

Coordinate schedules with crews and subcontractors.

Resolve job site issues in real time.

Ensure crews maintain clean, safe, and respectful job sites for homeowners and neighbors.
Customer Communication

Serve as the main point of contact once production begins.

Provide updates to homeowners and ensure they feel informed throughout the process.

Address concerns, problem-solve, and ensure a smooth experience.
Safety & Compliance

Maintain a safe working environment for crews, homeowners, and passing vehicles.

Ensure adherence to OSHA standards and company safety protocols.

Report incidents, create corrective action plans, and reinforce best practices.
Qualifications

Prior experience in roofing, siding, or construction management required.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage schedules, crews, and multiple projects at once.

Problem-solver with a client-first mindset.

Comfortable working both in the field and in the office.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
