We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Programmer/Operator to join a precision manufacturing team. This hands-on role is responsible for programming, operating, and maintaining CNC milling equipment to ensure efficient, high-quality production.
Responsibilities:
- Program CNC Mill machines to meet detailed specifications and production goals
- Operate and maintain CNC milling equipment to ensure consistent performance and minimal downtime
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the machining process
- Manufacture CNC parts accurately and efficiently according to production schedules
- Manage and procure appropriate CNC tooling and supplies for ongoing operations
- Adhere to all safety procedures and wear required PPE while maintaining a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience in CNC programming and operation
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate parts to spec
- Ability to identify and resolve equipment or programming issues quickly
- Familiarity with safety protocols and standard machining practices
- Commitment to continuous improvement and reliability in a team environment
