• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Perform drywall installation and repairs as needed.
• Execute frame carpentry and trim carpentry tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of spaces.
• Utilize caulking techniques to seal gaps and ensure a polished finish.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members on various construction projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Experience

• Previous experience in construction painting or residential painting is preferred.
• Familiarity with drywall work, frame carpentry, and trim carpentry is advantageous.
• Basic math skills for measuring areas and calculating material needs are essential.
• A strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team are crucial for success in this role.
