Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and "HANDS-ON" Project Manager/ Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating project specifications and requirements to provide accurate cost estimates as well as have the ability to be a hands-on project manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a background in construction, enabling effective communication with clients and team members. Knowledge of EPDM, Metal & Asphalt roofing systems is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and related documents to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Prepare and present estimates to clients, ensuring clarity and transparency in the pricing structure.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services.
• Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Assist in identifying potential risks or challenges that may impact project costs or timelines.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Project Manager/Estimator or in a similar role within the construction industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes with the ability to apply them in hands-on work.
• Because our services go beyond roofing, a strong background in various carpentry tasks to include interior & exterior finish work.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with clients.
• Sales experience is a plus, demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate value propositions.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate cost assessments.
• A valid drivers license is required.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
