Job DescriptionMechanical Assembler - 1st & 2nd Shift, Contract To Hire

The Mechanical Assembler position is available in Bow, NH, offering an excellent opportunity to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This company values safety, quality, and collaboration, ensuring a supportive setting for employees to excel.

Shift of the Mechanical Assembler:
1st Shift (5am-2:30pm)
2nd Shift (2:30pm - 11:00pm)

Pay Rate/Salary of the Mechanical Assembler:
$23/Hr - 1st shift
$23/HR + 3.00 shift differential - 2nd shift

Responsibilities of the Mechanical Assembler:

Assemble mechanical components and medium-sized assemblies according to detailed work instructions and diagrams (in English).
Use hand tools such as torque wrenches, screwdrivers, and other basic assembly tools to complete tasks accurately.
Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure proper fit, function, and compliance with specifications.
Identify and report assembly issues, defective parts, or process deviations to supervisors.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company safety standards.

Qualifications of the Mechanical Assembler:

1+ year of experience in manufacturing, production, mechanical assembly, or a related environment.
Ability to read, understand, and follow English work instructions and assembly documentation.
Familiarity with torque wrenches, screwdrivers, and other basic mechanical hand tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
