Aquinas Consulting is currently looking to fill a Process Engineering Technician job for our direct client. In this role, you will support manufacturing operations in Power Conductor and related areas, focusing on procedure development, training, process improvements, troubleshooting, and product evaluations. You will collaborate with engineers and production teams to maintain process standards, resolve issues, and implement improvements.
Process Engineering Technician Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with standard process specifications
- Provide hands-on support to manufacturing processes and troubleshooting issues
- Document corrective actions and assist in training production personnel on new products, equipment, and processes
- Conduct department trials, including data collection and analysis
- Ensure database information and reporting are accurate and timely
- Identify process trends, discrepancies, and provide resolutions with the engineering team
- Support engineering and production in remedying malfunctions
- Assist with the startup and evaluation of new products and processes
- Collaborate with Process Engineers to implement process improvements
- Support production tool maintenance, improvements, and corrective actions
- Identify and report safety issues to appropriate channels
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience supporting manufacturing processes
- Ability to troubleshoot process problems and document corrective actions
- Experience training production personnel on new processes and equipment
- Familiarity with data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Strong organizational skills with attention to safety and compliance
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering and Production teams
