Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Case Manager position is available in the Seacoast Charter Academy serving K-9th grade students. This role involves working closely with a small caseload of approximately 12-14 students, providing targeted support in reading, writing, and math through small group instruction. This position is based onsite in a supportive K-12 school environment and offers a contract duration for the current school year.
Location: Kingston, NH
Responsibilities:
- Manage individual education plans (IEPs) and coordinate with staff to ensure compliance and goals are met
- Facilitate small group interventions in reading, writing, and math aligned with students needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to support student progress
- Document student progress and case management activities accurately and timely
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on student programs and strategies
Qualifications:
- Experience working in special education or related field with K-9 students
- Ability to manage a caseload and deliver effective small group instruction
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to supporting diverse learners academic and social development
- Candidates must be available for onsite work full-time at 35 hours per week
