Our Business Support Team is seeking a full-time, hybrid (must live in NH), Data & Reporting Analyst to support developers and business analysts through research, analysis, and assimilation of data and understanding of systems in order to produce content and develop operational reports, ad hoc queries, and dashboards to meet customer needs. Our Data & Reporting Analyst uses specialized tools and validation methods to create basic to formal and complex reports occurring on a regular or cyclic basis in order to satisfy the requirements of internal and/or external stakeholders.

Some of the Responsibilities for this Role: Assists business and decision-making processes by interpreting data and results and using techniques ranging from simple data aggregation and statistical analysis to more complex data mining.
Researches, reviews, and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of existing report procedures; understands and interprets end user requirements, gathers critical information, reviews and verifies reports for accuracy.
Develops strategies for enhancing or further leveraging processes to assure data integrity, validity and reliability and to increase effectiveness and accuracy of reporting structures and reports.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to accurately comprehend problems, inquiries, concerns, and expectations in order to refine queries, review and evaluate processes, and discover information gaps and possible opportunities to improve reporting accuracy. Directs research appropriately, assures an understanding of needs and issues in order to obtain precise and appropriate data to satisfy customer requirements and inquiries.
Creates regular and/or ad hoc reports based on requested/required information and customer needs; gathers critical information, reviews and verifies reports for accuracy. Uses effective methods for validating reported data against the customer enterprise system databases to ensure data is valid and technical solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Skills, Abilities & Knowledge for this Role: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, and at least three years related technical experience and/or education. Must be proficient with technology including the Microsoft suite, Visio, and have strong foundation in relational databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MySQL. Requires demonstrated experience in reporting, data visualization and presentation, and/or data warehousing. Must have deep understanding of database technology and design concepts. Candidates with experience working in an agile environment and promoting SAFe principals preferred.
Work Schedule for this Role: The typical work schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Our full-time schedule is 37.5 hours per week. This position has the ability to work hybrid from your NH home. You will be required to come on site for additional meetings and trainings at the managers discretion.
