Job Description
To provide training and technical support to both prospective and current customers, specializing in iWorx data analysis software and data acquisition solutions for electrophysiology - including cardiovascular, neuromuscular and metabolic physiology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the iWorx product range including a full selection of data recorders, signal conditioners, stimulators, transducers, electrodes, and cables.
- Work alongside customers and prospective customers, assisting and advising them of iWorx products and the correct solution to meet their application requirements.
- Train and advise new and existing customers on using iWorx hardware and software.
- Ensure accuracy in the preparation of research quotations.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with potential and existing customers through customer visits and direct marketing.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions and activities in the Filemaker CRM system.
- Represent iWorx at various workshops, exhibitions, and conferences as required.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other members of the iWorx sales and support team.
- Fulfill any other related tasks as needed.
Expected Outcomes
- Delivery of high-quality training and support services to staff, potential customers and customers.
- Potential and existing customer relationships are maintained and improved through exceptional customer service.
Person Specification
- At least a bachelor’s degree in a life science and/or engineering (ideally biomedical engineering).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a very high level of accuracy.
- The ability to develop a good understanding of the iWorx product range and practical application areas.
- Laboratory research or familiarity with electronics and scientific/biomedical laboratory equipment is preferred.
- Previous experience utilizing iWorx hardware and software is a distinct advantage.
- Ability to work with a wide range of different research applications.
- Excellent organizational skills including time management and prioritization.
- Occasional travel may be needed.
- Self-motivated with exemplary organizational and time management abilities.
Location
This person will be based at our central office in Dover, NH. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, skills, and experience.
