The purpose of the role
The Machine Operator will operate manufacturing equipment to produce precision components to defined quality and dimensional standards, following established processes and procedures.
As the Machine Operator your responsibilities will include
• Operating machinery to manufacture precision components
• Replacing tooling and making basic machine adjustments
• Inspecting parts using gauges and measuring equipment
• Monitoring automated equipment and resolving minor issues
• Maintaining records while adhering to safety standards
As the Machine Operator you will bring
• Transferable skills from production, warehouse, food or maintenance environments
• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn new processes
• Ability to follow written instructions and standard procedures
• Basic mathematical ability
• A consistent approach to quality, safety and attendance
