Job Description: Experienced HVAC/R Technician and Installer
Position Title: HVAC/R Technician and Installer
Location: Within an Hour Radius of Concord NH. With some exceptions for additional travel.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC/R Technician and Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC/R systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems, including air conditioners, heaters, refrigeration units, chillers, RTU and ventilation systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/R system issues, providing effective and efficient solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure all installations and repairs comply with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of work performed and recommendations for system improvements or upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, time logs, and inventory usage.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or formal apprenticeship preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HVAC/R technician and installer.
- Valid HVAC/R certification and relevant licenses (EPA certification & Gas Fitters License).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, components, and controls.
- Proficient in using HVAC/R diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
