Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Foreman to join our team in Nashua, NH. As a Landscape Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing landscape projects, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, to a high standard, and within budget. You will lead a crew of landscapers, providing direction, training, and support to ensure all tasks are executed safely and professionally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, direct, and supervise a crew of landscapers to complete landscaping projects, including lawn care, planting, irrigation installation, hardscaping, and seasonal maintenance.

Manage daily operations on job sites, ensuring that work is done efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications.

Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and conduct regular maintenance checks.

Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide recommendations or solutions when necessary.

Maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely completion of work within established cost parameters.

Train new crew members on proper techniques, safety protocols, and company standards.

Assist in the preparation of bids and estimates for projects.

Oversee the setup, use, and breakdown of equipment and materials for each job.

Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during a project, keeping clients and upper management informed.

Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers, vendors, and other team members.
Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in landscaping or related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant care, irrigation systems, and hardscaping.

Proven ability to lead and manage a crew effectively, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

Ability to operate landscaping machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.

Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of local plants, soil, and climate in the New England area is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
