Installation / Sheet Metal Helper

An HVAC Installation Helper will be assisting with installing all types of residential HVAC systems. Systems include gas boilers, gas furnaces, air conditioning systems, and heat pump systems. Sheet metal fabrication and installation. Customer interface and employee communication are required.

Installation / SM Helper Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting with all aspects of installing residential HVAC Systems
• Sheet Metal Fabrication & Installation as needed
• Come to work on time and work in a safe manner.
• Must be professional, courteous, and respectful to customers as well as fellow employees.
• Communicate effectively with customers, and dispatchers.
• Must be responsible for inputting all job notes into tablet.
• Follow all policies and procedures
• Participate in all assigned trainings and staff meetings
• Demonstrate strong customer interaction skills and good communication skills when called upon in a residential setting
