Our client is seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for learning, talent, and people. As a Learning Experience Architect, you will leverage your learning design expertise in assessing, planning, designing, and developing instructionally sound learning solutions that are engaging and innovative as part of a broader talent and learning strategy.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $48.00 to $58.00/hr. w2


Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop learning solutions across critical skills and targeted roles using adult learning principles and innovative modalities.
  • Leverage learning tools and platforms to build rich, skill-building experiences delivered via live sessions and platforms such as Degreed, SharePoint, NovoEd, and SumTotal.
  • Translate subject matter expert content into practical, accessible, and relevant learner solutions.
  • Create learner-centric experiences using user-centered design with focus on application, measurement, and sustainment.
  • Maintain currency with industry learning trends, tools, and platforms and apply insights to program designs.
  • Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to build trusted partnerships and align solutions to business problems and strategic priorities.
  • Develop and manage learning evaluation strategies to measure effectiveness and impact.


Experience Requirements:

  • Ability to design and build learning experiences using Adobe Creative Suite and authoring tools such as dominKnow.
  • Experience with video capture and editing.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform or Tableau.
  • In-depth instructional design expertise, including creating learning strategies, deployment plans, and evaluation methods.
  • Ability to identify and leverage multiple learning mediums and tools to drive engagement and impact.
  • Experience using Learning Experience Platforms to deliver skill and role-based trainings.
  • Development and management of learning evaluation strategies.
  • Strong communication skills and excellence in project management.
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders in person and virtually.
  • Self-starter who can act independently under general direction.
  • 5 to 7 years of solution design and development experience in a corporate setting.
