Responsibilities:

• Support the lead teacher in creating and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum
  
  
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for preschool-aged children
  
  
• Communicate positively with children, families, and team members
  
  
• Help with classroom organization, documentation, and daily routines
  
  
• Promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth through play and guided activities
  
  

Requirements (per NH Child Care Licensing Rules):

• Must be at least 16 years old
  
  
• Must have or be willing to obtain:
  
  
  • At least 9 ECE credits (or be working toward them)
    
    
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certification
    
    
  • NH background check and fingerprint clearance
    
    
• Must meet the qualifications for Associate Teacher as defined by the New Hampshire Child Care Licensing Bureau
