CCI Construction and Energy Services, LLC is seeking an HVAC Program Manager with a strong background in HVAC systems, field operations, and project leadership. This is an opportunity that’s rare in both timing and scope, where you will have the chance to launch and lead a brand-new office.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute the startup of a new regional office, including creating and implementing operational procedures, service standards, and performance metrics aligned with company goals.
  • Manage mechanical projects from start to finish, including bidding, planning, estimating, scheduling, and customer communication.
  • Work closely with superintendents, stakeholders, and team members to develop and revise project schedules.
  • Develop and scrutinize project budgets and cost estimates meticulously.
  • Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently to meet job demands and timelines.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with contracts, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Hire and train technicians and office staff as needed.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on performance, challenges, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of HVAC mechanical industry experience in installation, service, or project management.
  • Experience in federal construction projects with agencies such as NAVFAC or USACE
  • Leadership experience in an operational management role
  • Experience in estimating, scheduling, managing projects, and bidding work
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, equipment, and service protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and teams under minimal supervision.

Additional Qualifying Factors:

As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening (post-accepted offer) and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain the appropriate clearance levels required and be able to obtain access to military installations.

This position requires the ability to maneuver around work sites, see, hear, and verbally communicate with co-workers and clients. Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, sitting, walking or standing for prolonged periods of time; frequent opportunity to move about and to work outside the office environment for extended periods involving exposure to the elements with weather that will include extreme heat, cold, wind, rain or other inclement weather, walking over rough and uneven surfaces, and routine lifting of up to 35 pounds. If required, must properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times, including but not limited to: hard hats, steel-toed boots, eye protection, respiratory protection, and hearing protection. Must always maintain a constant state of mental alertness.


Working Conditions

The job is performed in a combination of office and outdoor site locations. The office setting includes exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse. Outdoor settings include walking, driving, and carrying supplies throughout all seasons with exposure to heat and cold conditions, and potentially to wildlife. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
