Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A School Psychologist position is available in Concord, NH, offering the opportunity to provide vital psychological services within an educational setting. This role involves working closely with students, educators, and families to support student learning, behavior, and emotional well-being. The position requires some travel to various school sites within the district.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with education teams
- Provide counseling and intervention services to support student mental health
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to address behavioral and academic concerns
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student support strategies
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with educational regulations
Qualifications:
- Degree in School Psychology or related field and appropriate certification/licensure
- Experience conducting psychological evaluations and developing IEPs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with school staff and families
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently
- Willingness to travel between school locations as required
