Working from our historic headquarters building in Manchester, New Hampshire, and our satellite offices in Concord and Portsmouth, New Hampshire, we serve individuals, businesses, and nonprofits in the areas of business & commercial litigation, construction litigation, criminal law, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), divorce & domestic relations, employment consulting and litigation, healthcare, insurance defense, intellectual property litigation, medical & professional malpractice, personal injury, probate litigation, real estate, ski defense litigation, tax, utilities, bankruptcy and collections work, estate planning, and all aspects of corporate law, including finance and business formation and mergers and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, organize, and manage legal documents, contracts, and pleadings.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries.
  • Assist attorneys with case preparation and trial support.
  • Coordinate filings, meetings, and correspondence with clients and court officials.
  • Maintain accurate case files and manage deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Paralegal certification or associate degree in legal studies; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Previous paralegal experience in Trust and Estates.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in legal software (e.g., Clio, LexisNexis) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and e-filing systems.
  • Skills: Excellent research, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Professionalism: Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to confidentiality.
