Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time School Psychologist position is available to serve high school students from 9th through 12th grade in Londonderry, NH. This contract role runs for the current school year and offers an opportunity to positively impact the educational and psychological well-being of adolescents within a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs, attending Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to collaborate with educational teams, and providing counseling services to support student mental health and academic success. The therapist will work closely with faculty, staff, and families to develop and implement interventions tailored to individual student goals.
Qualifications:
- Valid New Hampshire School Psychologist certification is required
- Experience working with high school-aged students preferred
- Strong skills in psychological assessment and evaluation techniques
- Ability to provide effective counseling and behavior intervention
- Familiarity with special education laws and IEP processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
