· $19/hour to start

· Monday – Friday

· First Shift

· 6am – 2:30pm

· ENTRY LEVEL – WILLING TO TRAIN

· MUST be able to pass drug and background checks

Duties:

· Operate and maintain production machinery to meet daily production goals

· Monitor machinery for defects or malfunctions and make minor adjustments as needed

· Inspect finished products for quality and consistency

· Keep accurate records of production output

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

· Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

· MUST be able to pass drug test

· MUST be able to pass background check

· Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision

· Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

· Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

· Reliable, punctual, and a team player

· Bilingual is a plus

· Basic math skills

· Ability to use tools
