An opportunity is available for paraprofessionals to support high school students in a dynamic educational environment, providing essential assistance to enhance learning outcomes. This full-time contract position runs from the start of the school year through June 2026, offering a consistent schedule of 32 to 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support classroom instruction and student learning activities
- Assist with the management of a high school student caseload
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to address individual student needs
- Facilitate positive student behavior and engagement
- Help prepare educational materials and resources as directed
Qualifications and Experience:
- Prior experience working in school settings preferred, especially with high school students
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate under supervision and follow established guidelines
