Your Role as a Listing Specialist:
- Identify and secure new property listings.

Compensation:
$97,500 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for potential clients
- Attend training sessions to enhance real estate knowledge and skills
- Follow up on leads until appointments are scheduled with either a listing or buyer’s agent
- Communicate regularly with homebuyers via phone calls and emails to maintain relationships and ensure brand recall
- Produce monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress towards company goals
- Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and successfully convert them into new clients
- Utilize the CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information for agents
- Schedule appointments and conduct them efficiently
Qualifications:
- Real estate license or the motivation to get one
- No experience is required training will be provided

Bean Group - All of the experience and support of a 20-year independent brokerage with the support and tools of the system. Caps as low as $4,000, leads, and training.
