Seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to provide full-time support for high school students in grades 9-12. Location: Kingston, NH (Charter School)

Position Type: Full-time Contract (37.5 hours per week)

Grade Levels: 9th through 12th grades

Caseload: Manage academic accommodations and modifications tailored to each student's unique learning requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) aligned with academic standards.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure inclusive learning environments.
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly, adjusting instruction as needed.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to support student success.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with district and state regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification.
