Gunstock Mountain Resort is seeking individuals to join the Race Ops Crew for the winter season. The Race Ops Crew will be responsible for assisting in the daily setup, breakdown, maintenance, and other tasks related to Gunstock's competition operation while ensuring high levels of safety, efficiency, and guest service.

Qualifications:

- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time during job duties.
- Capable of operating radio controls, hand tools, power tools, vehicles, machinery, and equipment for setup, maintenance, and breakdown of competition areas.
- Proficient in skiing/snowboarding at an intermediate or advanced level for up to 6 hours a day on all terrains in varying weather conditions while carrying up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to move equipment, tools, and materials weighing up to 25lbs regularly, up to 50lbs frequently, and up to 100lbs occasionally.
- Skilled in inspecting, detecting, and assessing work areas, supplies, tools, equipment, and vehicles.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the daily setup, maintenance, and breakdown of competition areas.
- Ensure the safety and efficiency of the competition operation.
- Provide excellent guest service throughout all tasks.
