Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Special Education teaching opportunity is available for a virtual case manager role serving K-12 students in New Hampshire. This contract position runs from ASAP through June 12, 2026 (tentative end date) and offers up to 37.5 hours per week supporting students across various platforms in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) using the NHSEIS state data system for case management and evaluations
  • Collaborate virtually with teachers, parents, and service providers using platforms such as Canvas and Zoom
  • Use data tools and behavior-tracking systems like Panorama to monitor student progress and adjust supports accordingly
  • Ensure compliance with NH special education laws and IDEA regulations, especially in a virtual delivery setting
  • Conduct behavioral observations, prepare reports, and provide positive behavioral supports tailored to students with disabilities
  • Work effectively with school administrators, colleagues, families, and community members to support student success

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid New Hampshire state certification in Special Education
  • Previous experience as a New Hampshire virtual case manager or equivalent in special education
  • Strong understanding of federal and state mandates for special education services
  • Proficient in using virtual learning and collaboration tools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and fluent verbal and written communication in English
