This full-time Special Education Teacher position, located in Manchester, NH, offers the opportunity to support middle school students within a Life Skills classroom setting. The contract role serves students in grades 6-8 or 9-12, providing essential instruction and individualized support to meet diverse learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction aligned with individual education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Develop and implement tailored lesson plans focusing on life skills development.
- Collaborate with school staff and families to ensure holistic student support.
- Monitor and assess student progress to adjust instructional methods accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification.
