Minimum 1+ years Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is ideal for a dedicated paraprofessional to provide one-on-one support to students with behavioral needs in a K-12 school setting, starting as soon as possible. The position offers a contract through June 17, 2026, with consistent hours from 8:35 am to 3:10 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized support to students requiring behavioral assistance
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement appropriate strategies
• Adapt to classroom changes and maintain a flexible approach to meet student needs
• Ensure compliance with district policies and procedures, including fingerprinting and onboarding requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Paraprofessional and/or relevant child-related professional experience, preferably in special education
• Comfortable working with students in the SPED population
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location
• Ability to provide at least one professional reference prior to assignment
• Successful completion of district fingerprinting and onboarding processes
• Prepared for a Zoom interview during the hiring process
