New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp (NHMB) is adding to our talented team and seeking an IT Help Desk professional. The incumbent provides support services for all of NHMB, including our affiliates, Merrimack County Savings Bank (The Merrimack), Meredith Village Savings Bank (MVSB), Savings Bank of Walpole (SBW), and New Hampshire Trust Company, NHTrust. This position offers a hybrid work schedule located in New Hampshire. The successful applicant will have working knowledge of network systems and the ability to collaborate across all functional groups and employee levels. In this role, you will work closely with our Information Technology team and our internal customers to provide assistance in navigating system related issues.

Salary negotiable based on level of experience

IT Help Desk: $22.00 - $26.00


JOB REQUIREMENTS/DESIRED EXPERIENCE:


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One to Two years of PC, network, and accessory systems or related work experience, and/or an equivalent combination or education and work experience
  • Current working knowledge of personal computer technologies, software, and network components used within secure, highly regulated business environments
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical customers

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Responsible for maintaining accurate tracking of helpdesk calls relating to PCs, Core, and Telephone hardware and software
  • Provides prompt response to user inquiries through helpdesk, track-it, or scheduled work orders
  • Responsible for onboarding new employees and coordinates with IT team members to complete onboarding experience
  • Facilitates incident resolution of all personal computer hardware and software as well as phone system equipment as it relates to helpdesk calls
