Compensation:

$125,400 - $227,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and investing in real estate with confidence and clarity.
  • Cultivate and manage incoming leads to build lasting client relationships and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Utilize advanced tools and marketing strategies to close deals efficiently and effectively.
  • Stay informed on market trends and industry best practices to provide clients with the most accurate and up-to-date advice.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and high-energy environment that encourages professional growth.
  • Participate in weekly training sessions and one-on-one coaching to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional service while leveraging our marketing and administrative support to maximize your success.

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate License required or in progress.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally.
  • Comfortable working with clients and managing follow-up tasks.
  • Commission-based position.
