Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, shape, and assemble heavy timber using blueprints, shop drawings, and layout specifications

Accurately cut mortise and tenon joinery using power and hand tools
-
Assist in erecting timber frame structures at client building sites
-
Operate woodworking equipment safely and maintain tools in good condition
-
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule
-
Follow all job site safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
Requirements:
-
Proven experience as a carpenter, timber framer, or similar role
-
Skilled in the use of both power tools and traditional hand tools
-
Ability to lift 50+ pounds

Work at heights
-
Willingness to travel to job sites and work overtime when needed

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills

Commitment to a full-time, 40-hour work week with flexibility for extended hours during travel
