This opportunity is for a dedicated paraprofessional role within a K-12 school setting located in Manchester, NH. The position involves working closely, one-on-one, with students demonstrating behavioral needs, providing essential support to help them succeed academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students with behavioral challenges through individualized support
• Collaborate with teachers and special education staff to implement learning plans
• Adapt to classroom changes and support an inclusive learning environment
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication regarding student progress
• Participate actively in onboarding and training processes as required

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience as a paraprofessional or in a child-related professional setting is required
• Comfortable working with the special education population
• High school diploma minimum; additional relevant certifications are advantageous
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location
• Ability to provide at least one professional reference prior to placement
• Successful completion of district fingerprinting and onboarding procedures
• Flexibility to accommodate classroom rearrangements and schedule changes
• Availability for a Zoom interview prior to hiring

Position Details:

• Location: Manchester, NH (K-12 School)
• Schedule: Daily from 8:35 AM to 3:10 PM
• Duration: Contract through June 17, 2026
