Responsibilities As a Unit Manager - LPN you will be responsible for the delivery of compliant, high-quality and cost-effective health care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, and patient/family and employee satisfaction on your assigned unit. 
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing coverage to provide safe nursing care.</li>
<li>Provide professional guidance and supervision to non-professional unit staff.</li>
<li>Identify educational needs of the staff and develop training to address with the Nurse Educator.</li>
<li>Oversee medication management to ensure adequate supplies and that all medications are handled in accordance with company policy.</li>
<li>Provide direct patient care along with the other unit nurses to maintain skills. </li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing.</li>
<li>Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the nursing center's state.</li>
<li>Must have at least one year of nurse management experience.</li>
<li>Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification. </li>

Restrictions apply based on collective bargaining agreements, applicable state law and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. Posted Salary Range USD $35.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr.
