Staff have the ability to be trained as either a Lifeguard or Swim Instructor, or both for interested candidates. Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 
Primary Responsibilities

<li>Provide communication to customer both in scheduling times to come out and what is going on with their equipment</li>
<li>Look for additional opportunities for revenue from service/warranty work and PM contracts on additional machines</li>
<li>Look for additional opportunities for incremental revenue for new equipment and/or fitness accessories</li>

<li>Maintain proper inventory levels and count accuracy at all times</li>

COMPENSATION

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Certified Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in person to clients at their home, apartment gym or outside while encouraging them to reach their fitness goals. Responsibilities are as follows:

<li>Knowledgeable in nutrition: Possess a basic understanding of nutrition and healthy living practices.</li>
<li>Fitness expertise: Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and personal training methods.</li>
<li>Physical ability: Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs. and performing athletic calisthenics duties.</li>
<li>Requirements for this position include the possession of personal basic training equipment to effectively assist clients in achieving their goals. It is important to note that clients may not always have access to the necessary equipment.</li>

What You'll Do As a Certified Personal Trainer, you'll provide personalized, one-on-one and couples' fitness coaching in clients' homes, apartment gyms, or outdoor locations.
🔹 Design tailored workout programs based on client goals and assessments 🔹 Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form, adjusting as needed 🔹 Track progress using the Svetness Fitness App, including session notes and reassessments 🔹 Maintain consistency with client appointments and scheduling 🔹 Travel to client locations (up to 45 minutes commute)
