As a key member of the Fabrication Manufacturing Group, the CNC Maintenance Technician repairs and maintains various models of CNC machinery in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operator manuals and manufacturer's specifications. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility CNC machinery and systems. • Respond to equipment failures and partnering with production management to prioritize repairs according to customer demand and department goals/metrics. • Complete daily maintenance and repair logs. • Disassemble CNC machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs. • Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning components of CNC machinery and equipment. • Install, test, repair and troubleshoot various CNC controls. • Partner with outside vendors as needed. • Maintain and secure work tools. • Embrace 5S concepts and responsible for cleanliness of his/her own work area and the general housekeeping of the Company. • Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: • Five years of CNC repair/maintenance experience in a similar type manufacturing environment. • Experience working with and strong knowledge of HASS machinery. • Proven troubleshooting skills with the ability to change direction with minimal notice. • Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings. • Dedication to complete duties so customer demands are satisfied, and production goals are met. • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize, organize and tackle problems simultaneously with a positive outcome.
