Job DescriptionDescriptionJob Title: Maintenance TechnicianDepartment: Maintenance Current Available Shift Schedule(s): 2nd: 2:00pm-10:30pm | 3rd: 10:00pm-6:30amLocation: Charlestown, New Hampshire The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing skilled repairs on complex electrical and mechanical production equipment and systems.&nbsp; Job DetailsDuties &amp; Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Perform routine preventative maintenance, calibration, and repairs on a wide variety of PCB manufacturing equipment.</li>
<li>Follows standard/established procedures while carrying out repairs. In the absence of SOP, this individual is expected to contribute to the development of procedures to achieve the requisite outcomes.</li>
<li>Performs equipment failure analysis to complete preventative and unscheduled maintenance.</li>
<li>Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems.</li>
<li>Logs equipment modifications and maintenance details in the designated system.</li>
<li>Follows all safety procedures and protocols at all times, utilizing proper personal protective equipment (eye protection, safety shoes, respirator as required, etc.) and reports safety hazards and incidents to supervisor.</li>
<li>Assists outside vendors and process engineers on specifications.</li>
<li>Performs equipment assembly, positioning, and testing.</li>
<li>Maintains tools and parts inventories. Generates purchase requisitions to obtain equipment/supplies and/or replenish inventory as required.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean workspace and production floor.</li>
<li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li>
<li>Regular attendance is an essential job function of this position.</li>

Education &amp; Experience:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma, GED or equivalent, Vocational Training preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum 1 year of manufacturing work experience preferred.</li>
<li>Must have hands-on / mechanical aptitude / trade (e.g. farming, construction, auto repair, machining, woodworking, plumbing, electrical, welding, etc.)</li>
<li>Experience working and troubleshooting in the following areas: low/high voltage electrical (switches, transducers, motors, heaters, etc), instrumentation (setup, calibration), PLC (hardware, software), AC/DC drives (setup, calibration), electrical prints.</li>
<li>Experience operating: hand tools, power tools, boom lift, scissor lift, fork lift.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)</li>
</ul>
Physical demands &amp; Abilities:
<ul>
<li>Able to work 8 hour shifts plus overtime when needed.</li>
<li>Able to lift up to 44 pounds/20kg.</li>
<li>Able to bend, lean, sit and/or stand for entire shift.</li>
<li>Ability to climb up and down an 8ft ladder.</li>
<li>Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.</li>
<li>High level of manual dexterity.</li>
<li>Ability to operate factory machines and use software to run computer-operated machinery.</li>
<li>Comfortable working around chemicals and manufacturing equipment.</li>
</ul>
