The Analytics and Informatics Specialist supports the clinical, administrative and financial operations of CLM, generating and utilizing data to inform decision making and enhance efficiencies. Working closely with Information Technology, Finance, and the Quality and Compliance Departments, the Analytics and Informatics Specialist develops and maintains systems and reporting that is timely, accurate and efficient. This position works closely with internal and external stake holders and entities to assure reporting requirements are met and data is used in an actionable fashion.
 
The candidate selected for this position will need to start fully on-site at our Derry, NH office, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid schedule after a period of time. 
 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Organize, review and analyze available data to improve understanding, identify inefficiencies, and propose options and opportunities for improvement to supervisor and other designated leadership for clinical, administrative and financial operations. </li>
<li>Review and analyze existing data collection processes, reports, and existing report utilization to improve data reliability and validity, developing and communicating actionable data. </li>

<li>Actively participate in the development and implementation of Agency strategic and operational goals and objectives.</li>
<li>Support clinical directors and administrative/financial managers (financial, information technology and practice management), realizing designated operational objectives requiring informatics support.</li>
<li>Monitor service utilization; report on trends, outliers and outcomes to inform clinical and administrative decision making.</li>
<li>Provide PMPM (per member per month) and MOE monthly reporting reconciliation, related analysis and providing options and recommendations to supervisors and other designated leadership on opportunities to improve compliance.</li>
<li>Maintain and enhance monitoring and reporting systems related to changes or loss of state eligibility status from month to month on the MCO membership files to initiate rapid response in verifying, correcting and/or re-establishing appropriate eligibility. </li>
<li>Assist in the development and coordination of staff Clinical Informatics-related trainings.</li>
<li>Independently develops and implements ongoing training programs for new employees as well as ongoing training for all employees and managers to ensure up to date knowledge relevant to data management, and operational information and analytics.</li>
<li>Project management including coordination and planning with clinical and administrative operational staff targeting reporting deployment, utilization, and analysis, developing materials and providing training to involved staff to use developed reports (e.g. Quality Reporting, MOE compliance, operational KPIs). </li>
<li>Work with information technology staff to improve development, deployment, and utilization of information through technology tools. Collaboratively develop and implement identified and agreed upon functional improvements including developed input (e.g. user screens) and output (e.g. available reports) mechanisms. </li>
<li>Other duties and responsibilities consistent with the employee’s education, training, or experience deemed necessary for the optimization of CLM’s informatics program.</li>

The Sous Chef is to be the second in command in the kitchen, and is responsible for planning and directing food preparation within both Executive&nbsp;and Head Chef’s specifications and guidelines. The successful candidate will employ culinary and managerial skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our customers’ satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:

<li>Help in the preparation, set up and design of all food menus</li>
<li>Produce high quality plates in both design and taste</li>
<li>Execute and delegate daily prep lists and produce orders; follow up and ensure&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; completion</li>
<li>Assist in checking in and putting away food orders upon receiving</li>
<li>Ensure that the kitchen operates efficiently that meets high quality standards</li>
<li>Fill in for the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary</li>
<li>Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and take control of any problematic situation</li>
<li>Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance with guidance from Executive Chef andHead Chef.</li>
<li>Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards</li>
<li>Maintain a positive attitude and professional approach with coworkers and customers</li>
<li>Perform duties with Company’s best interest in mind at all times</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED</li>
<li>4+ years of experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook, fine dining experience preferred</li>
<li>Experience in kitchen operations, specifically the ability to train others</li>
<li>Certificate in Culinary Arts preferred</li>
<li>Experience with various cooking methods and procedures</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast paced environment</li>
<li>Maintain positive attitude at all times</li>
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal</li>
<li>Food safety certification- food manager</li>
</ul>
Requirements for advancement:
<ul>
<li>Complete knowledge of preparation and production requirements in assigned duties</li>
<li>Ability to receive direction from supervisors, and willingness to learn</li>
<li>Ability to work reliably while unsupervised</li>
<li>Ability to train new hires and candidates for advancement on all sections of cold and hot food preparations</li>
<li>Consistent attendance and good attitude</li>
<li>Food safety certification- food manager</li>
<li>5+ years culinary experience in a leadership role</li>
</ul>
Physical requirements:

<li>Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. occasionally</li>
<li>Ability to sit/stand for extended periods</li>
<li>Ability to climb stairs, ladders</li>
<li>Ability to work in a food/wine environment</li>
