<li>Monitors medical team productivity, utilization, billing, reimbursement, and cost effectiveness; reports regularly to leadership.</li>
<li>Works with finance and operations teams to align provider schedules, panel sizes, and resource allocation to financial targets.</li>
<li>Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, enhance billing capture, and optimize provider time use.</li>
<li>Assists in budget planning for the medical services division, including staffing, training, equipment, and program development.</li>

<li>Develops and oversees educational partnerships and internship opportunities for nurse practitioner students and other clinical trainees to strengthen academic collaboration and build future workforce pipelines. </li>
<li>Represents CLM in internal and external committees, regional healthcare networks, and professional associations as a clinical leader.</li>
<li>Plans and leads continuing education sessions and grand rounds that promote continuous learning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and clinical excellence across the medical team.</li>

Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills
<ul>
<li>Medical degree (MD or DO) or Master’s degree in nursing with psychiatric mental health certification and a current APRN license are required.</li>
<li>Minimum 8–10 years of clinical experience as a prescriber in outpatient behavioral health / psychiatric / mental health settings with complex caseloads.</li>
<li>Prior experience in clinic operations, budget planning, or medical leadership roles preferred.</li>
<li>Experience treating patients with diverse clinical profiles and clinical co-morbidities.</li>
<li>Proven ability to provide safe, evidence-based psychotropic medication management, including assessment, monitoring, and treatment planning for individuals with complex behavioral health needs.</li>
<li>Demonstrated leadership/management experience overseeing APRNs, nurses, or medical staff in a clinical environment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated capability to lead quality improvement, clinical protocol development, and data-driven decision making.</li>
<li>Ability to interpret and apply clinical practice standards, technical procedures, and regulatory requirements in accordance with federal and state guidelines.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to apply sound clinical judgment and make confident, evidence-based decisions in routine, urgent, and emergent situations to ensure the highest quality of care.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of outpatient care operations, productivity metrics, capacity planning, and financial tradeoffs.</li>
<li>Familiarity with newer treatment modalities (e.g. TMS, Spravato, etc.).</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to communicate with empathy, clarity, and respect when engaging with clients and their families to promote collaborative and person-centered care.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate across disciplines (behavioral health, primary care, operations).</li>
<li>Skilled in mentorship, training, coaching, performance evaluation, and professional development.</li>

Sullivan Tire, an employee-owned company, currently has an opportunity for an Automotive Technician. The Automotive Technician independently performs vehicle repairs and services on customer’s vehicles while delivering the highest quality and customer satisfaction.
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Correctly mounts, dismounts, balancing, and repair of passenger and light truck tires.</li>
<li>Properly perform lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.</li>
<li>Properly perform and document vehicle safety inspections.</li>
<li>Perform unsupervised diagnosis and repairs of vehicles including, but not limited to, maintenance, brake, steering, suspension, heating and cooling systems, alignment, and light tune-ups utilizing automotive tools, equipment, and software (i.e., VAST, Automotive PC programs). </li>
<li>Produce accurate repair estimates on customer vehicles.</li>
<li>Work with store management to ensure productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction standards are met.</li>
<li>Properly adhere to safety and environmental standards, including maintaining a neat and clean work area by properly disposing of all waste products.</li>
<li>Communicate with customers and sales staff in understandable terms about the repairs needed to the vehicle and the value of the repairs.</li>
<li>Adheres to internal controls, policies, and procedures.</li>
<li>Assume other responsibilities as needed.</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements:
Education/Experience:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li>
<li>A technical degree is a plus!</li>
<li>Minimum of 1 year of experience with 1-3 ASE certifications. </li>
<li>A valid Driver’s License is required.</li>

Skills/Knowledge:
