Job Summary
Responsible for assisting members in the selection and purchase of tires, properly installing and repairing tires, completing necessary tire bay documentation, and maintaining tire bay policies and procedures.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

<li>Responsible for the proper installation of tires, including mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing tires.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Responsible for properly disposing of tires and ensuring propane tanks are filled per club policy.</li>
<li> Maintains a clean and professional tire bay and waiting area. Merchandises tire displays and automotive products.</li>
<li> Ensures that knowledgeable service is provided to members at the tire desk. Coordinates with Home Office regarding member tire needs as needed.</li>
<li> Maintains an accurate and complete supply inventory. Understands and appropriately utilizes available special-order tire programs.</li>
<li> Complies with safety and cleanliness standards and properly utilizes tire bay equipment.</li>
<li> Assists members in the selection and purchase of tires including verifying the sizes for vehicles.</li>
<li> Fills propane tanks as needed if certified per DOT requirements.</li>
<li> Provides knowledgeable service to members at the tire desk.</li>
<li> Understands and appropriately utilizes available special order tire programs.</li>
<li> Ensures that all tire bay scheduling data and documentation is completed for sales and service orders.</li>
<li> Maintains all club policies and procedures.</li>

 Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li>
<li> Valid driver’s license and ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles required.</li>
<li> Strong interpersonal skills required.</li>
<li> Basic computer skills or a willingness to learn basic computer skills required.</li>
<li> Prior tire installation experience preferred.</li>
<li> Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire.</li>
<li> Ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance.</li>

 Environmental Job Conditions
<ul>
<li>Exposure to both indoor and outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.</li>
<li> Most of the time is spent standing and moving about continuously on hard surfaces. Frequent need to bend, climb, crawl, kneel, push, pull, reach, move side to side, stoop, and climb ladders/step stools.&nbsp;</li>

Job Overview Repairs and maintains building systems, machinery, and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment by performing the following duties. A Day In The Life

<li>Work Orders: Swiftly respond to work order requests, ensuring minimal equipment downtime.</li>
<li>Plumbing Maintenance: Conduct minor &amp; major plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, trenching, and replacing hoses. Routinely inspect plumbing and fixtures for corrosion, condition, and security. Make repairs as needed following all safety protocols, OSHA requirements, etc.</li>
<li>Industrial Machinery: Repair, install, and adjust industrial machinery to ensure optimal performance. Maintain security of containment berms, flooring, and trenches. Work concentrated in metal finishing work area. Knowledge of chemical safety and PPE a must. </li>
<li>General Maintenance: Perform a variety of maintenance tasks to support the overall function and safety of our facility. Does general maintenance work such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and preventative maintenance as needed. Occasional janitorial, snow removal, outside facility upkeep, etc.</li>
<li>Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair defective equipment promptly and efficiently. Observes mechanical devices in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble.</li>
<li>Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts. Examines form and texture of parts to detect imperfections. Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements. Adjusts functional parts of devices. Lubricates and cleans parts. Repairs or replaces defective parts. </li>

<li>Electrical Maintenance: Perform all minor &amp; major electrical maintenance tasks using appropriate tools. Work with systems ranging from 110v single-phase to 480-volt 3-phase. Repairs minor electrical problems under the supervision of the plant electrician. Perform inspections and maintenance on electrical systems to ensure safety and functionality. Determine the steps necessary to assess an electrical situation using testing devices, blueprints and maps. Repair electrical issues by replacing or installing components, wiring or devices. Use ladders, scaffolding, platform, and lifts to work on electrical systems. </li>
