Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Inspect and prep new vehicles’ safety, electrical, and mechanical components prior to customer delivery by our sales team.</li>
<li>Check new vehicle fluid level, tire inflation, and lighting operation. </li>
<li>Remove any manufacturer protective films and wrapping. </li>
<li>Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.</li>
<li>Installation of any customer-specific add-ons. </li>
<li>Track all parts and materials used in repairs and/or replacements, and document per protocol.</li>
<li>Ensure that the final product meets quality standards.</li>
<li>Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.</li>
<li>Maintain a safe and clean work area. </li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>No experience required!</li>
<li>Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination</li>
<li>Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies</li>
<li>Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve</li>
<li>Enjoy working in a dynamic environment</li>
<li>Teammate with the ability to collaborate with others effectively</li>
<li>Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record</li>
