Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for a Behavior Specialist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support a K-12 school environment in Hollis, NH. Serving 4th-6th grade students, this full-semester contract role focuses on providing essential behavioral support within a Special Education (SPED) population.
Position Details:
- Location: Hollis Upper Elementary School, Hollis, NH
- Caseload: 4th-6th grade students
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Contract Duration: Start ASAP through June 17, 2026
- Openings: 1
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certified ABA professional or RBT candidate with current certifications
- Prior school-based experience working with SPED populations
- Comfortable adapting to classroom layout changes as needed
- Reliable transportation required
- Must possess district fingerprints clearance
- Ability to successfully complete district/agency onboarding process
- One completed professional reference required
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavioral intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with educators and staff to support positive behavioral outcomes
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies accordingly
- Maintain detailed records and communicate effectively with the educational team
- Participate in meetings and provide input on behavior-related goals
